I am interested in the development and implementation of neuroimaging protocols capable of quantifying hemodynamic and metabolic biomarkers of tissue health. I am interested in the application of these methods to patients with stroke risk.

My projects include the evaluation of patients with intracranial stenosis using novel neuroimaging protocols as well as development of new protocols in healthy controls. I am performing functional MRI studies (Blood Oxygenation Level-dependent MRI, Arterial spin labeling MRI, T2-Relaxation-Under-Spin-Tagging) and novel vessel wall imaging in these cohorts.
