My academic interests include using machine learning and deep learning to solve interesting problems in radiology. I am very interested in applying my hacking skills to data science. I am working on my M.S. in Computer Science with a concentration of Bioinformatics and High-Performance Computing at Tennessee State University.
I am supporting the image acquisition and analysis needs of faculty at Vanderbilt University and staff at VUIIS. I have worked on VUIIS Retreat conference apps in the past. I have also developed responsive web applications to support imaging research pipelines, such as gstudy and the Squirrel Monkey Digital Atlas. My current focus is data wrangling for an upcoming machine learning project for Breast Cancer Research.
